Role Overview

We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our growing team and contribute to the development of our data infrastructure, analytics models, and market insights.

In this role, you will transform raw data from auctions, listings, historical transactions and industry sources into meaningful, actionable intelligence for our internal teams and our clients.

What You Will Do

• Collect, clean, and structure data from multiple sources (auctions, listings, proprietary databases, market publications).
• Analyse trends in collectible car valuations, liquidity, demand, and historical performance.
• Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support investment decisions and market research.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Investment, Advisory, Community, Product) to define data needs and improve data-driven processes.
• Support the development of predictive models and benchmarking tools.
• Maintain data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across our ecosystem.
• Contribute to the evolution of our internal knowledge base and data pipelines.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4+ years of experience in data analysis, market intelligence, finance or similar fields.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools such as Python, SQL, Excel, or BI platforms (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Experience working with complex, unstructured, or historical datasets.
• Ability to translate numbers into clear narratives, insights, and recommendations.
• A proactive, structured, and detail-driven mindset.
• Interest in alternative assets, automotive culture, or luxury markets is a strong plus (not mandatory).
• Fluent in English; Italian or other European languages are a bonus.
